AP Bio advice

I'm signed up for the AP Bio, APUSH, and AP English Lang tests and am really behind on studying for the first two. I'm not too worried about US History, but I am really, really worried for AP bio. The biology class I'm in is only one semester long, and even my teacher said that there was no way we'll be able to cover all the material or go as in-depth as the AP test demands in time for the AP exam. The class is work intensive, so I'm only just beginning to study the AP book I bought. I only have about 3 weeks to get ready for this, so I have some questions:

Is there any advice or hope someone can give me for last minute studying?

How bad is it going to look to colleges if I can't pull of a 4 or 5, much less a 3 on the AP bio test? I am a hopeful for some fairly selective LACs and already only got a 3 on the AP Word History test in sophomore year (super laid back class and didn't study at all. bleh.) Is a good score on the biology e sat II test sufficient redemption?

I am actually in a similar situation. I am taking AP Lang, AP Bio, and APUSH, but I am most worried by the AP Biology with speed my class is going at. Hopefully things will go fine for the both of us.
