AP Bio or AP Chem?

I'm a math-type and taking both this year. Bio DOES make my brain explode. The class is hard at my school and the average grades pretty low, and studying for the AP exam (which I've heard is relatively easy) by reading prep books makes me go crazy, because I really don't care how many types of fungi there are. Chem on the other hand, is also considered a "difficult" course, but it tends to be more friendly to the math-types. I haven't opened the book since the first chapter (I always try in the beginning of the school year) and I'm doing very well in the class. If you have a good background in honors chemistry, AP is pretty much a breeze with only a few new concepts.

I took AP Chem last year and had to work my butt off to do well. I'm in AP Bio this year and I have no issues. I think AP Bio is way easier then Chem

classof09, i agree with you, i never opened my stupid Zuhmdahl textbook since chapter 2. But thats only because the textbook is so terribly written. I barely make an A and thats because i pay attention in class all the time. Chem is a thing where when ure presented a problem, u zoom out for a second, thing from the origin of things "nonmetal or ionic?", then connect it to bonding, then do this and do that and reason in ure mind about which has more effect and why. Honestly, doing that for every problem drives me crazy. The math problems, well they are tedious.

the myraid amounts of equations and issues and ways to derive an answer in chem overwhelms me

bio is a process, where its all laid out nice and has a definite answer..to me its more real
