According to the REA review book.. there is no penalty for guessing on this exam ???

This is news to me. Are you sure that you're reading it correctly? How old is that REA book?

Yes, there is a penalty for guessing on ANY Collegeboard test -- AP and SAT

5 questions, you guess on all of them.
chances are you get 4 wrong and 1 right.
4 wrong = -1/4 x 4 = -1 point
1 right = 1 point
total = 0 points (no penalty)
as opposed to skipping the 5 questions = 0 points

no on page 9 for anyone who has the book... it clearly states answer every question there is no penalty for guessing.. its the 7th edition .. 2005 i believe

i think maybe i know what you are talking about......if you can eliminate at least one answer choice then statistically you will not hurt your score. there is definitely a .25 deduction for WRONG ANSWERS, not just GUESSING. but guessing incorrectly could hurt your score.

It's as RunnerGrl8807 said, there is a penalty for incorrect answers on ALL collegeboard multiple choice questions.
