I’m taking AP Biology, AP World, and AP Seminar next semester. Do you guys have tips or tricks or do’s and don’ts I should watch out for? Thank you!
I heard seminar is easy as crap excuse my language but… AP world- I took world this school year. It is a very rigorous and tedious class, although they did just cut out a big chunk. Read the textbook, and especially make sure you stay on top of assignments. Taking notes will save you reaching the AP exam.
Thank you!
Buy the Pearson’s AP Biology prep book, and review each chapter as you go along in class. Also, if more resources are needed, look on Reddit for an AP repository and you should be fine. Lastly, if there’s anything I regret, it would be not honing in on my reading comprehension skills, BECAUSE that is the majority of the AP Biology exam. Anyways, good luck with AP Bio!
AP World is very doable if you study/read. I got a 4. Use the Crash Course book for sure! AP Seminar was stressful for me, but I think it’s because of my teacher/course setup. I ended up with a 5 though! I highly recommend NOT putting off your papers or presentations, especially the individual tasks since you won’t have a group to keep you on top of things. It is an amazing class because of the freedom to choose what you’re interested in. The second performance task can sometimes be annoying if you’re not interested in the stimulus materials (I hated them), but just work through it! I did not take AP Bio but my friends say it is easy to do good if you study, pay attention, and make time.
Ok, thank you!
Thank you!
