AP Biology Scores - Please share your scores and test exprience

Did any one get the unexpected of expected score? I am waiting for the mail to show my scores. Please share your scores and test exprience. Does 50% translated to a score of '5' this year in AP Biology? Thanks

Jay

I got a 5, but I seriously expected a 3 or 4... I have no idea how it happened. I self-studied, and I didn't really cover plant biology, so yeah. The curve must have been generous...

I got a 4, but I was expecting a 2. I felt like gouging my eyes out when I saw the FRQs. Needless to say, I'm happy :)

Yeah, I didn't expect the exam to be that hard. However, I got a 5, so I can't complain!

I got a 5 and I thought it was hard pretty difficult even though I got an A+ in AP and 790 on the bio sat II. I'm pretty sure that the curve was much more lenient this year, especially with those hard frqs. I'm sure you did fine and a 4 is still a terrific score

I got a 5, but I'm sure I left at least 10 questions blank and didn't do half of two of the essays. There was some stuff that I had never seen before, but the stuff I knew, I knew 100% and in depth, so that helped me probably.

4 here. not complaining tho

I havent received my scores yet, but...
i think i did well enough to get a five. I only had a little trouble with the some of the essay parts and I probably did well on multiple choice...
I am going to be so upset if I dont get a five because Bio was my best AP subject by far. I'll get back as soon as score come by mail.

I got a 5, I thought the FR was hard, especially the lake and plant fertilization. I expected maybe a 4, so I'm pleased.

I got a 5, matching ones were hard in MC and FR was okay (2007's was harder in my opinion)

I got a 4, but I thought I'd get a 5... well maybe not

I've been procrastinating my self study for AP Bio b/c my school does not have a course for it. When i saw the free response Q's I was like =O! The first question about protein bonds can basically be answered with my Chemistry knowledge and the second question about graph interpretation and what is the difference between "gross" and "net" is pretty much a test of math and English. Maybe I didn't write what they want me to write to get me down to a 4.

I was disappointed, and still am, considering approximately 20% of test takers receive 5s, according to past statistics.

Just a quick question--did all of the test booklets from the same day of testing have the same order of questions?

This isn't related to my score, lol. I received a 5. :)

I got a 4, but my test was the late version so I can't really compare with everyone else's scores/curves. From hearsay, though, the late test's FRQs were easier but the MC was harder.

Our class didn't really prepare us all that well for the test. I was also admittedly extremely lazy and did not study for the test. Maybe if I had, I would've gotten a 5, but either way I get no credit at MIT for AP Biology grades, so it didn't matter that much to me.

I got a 4 . Pretty Satisfied. I thought I would get a 3 or 4 . So im happy. :)

I got a 5, but I expected it. I'm happy I made it out of a year with 2 sciences with a 5 on each (bio and chem).

It was a joke. Our class was insanely hard though...everyone in my class got a 5 on the AP test, even the people with C+s in the class.

I got a 4 which was pretty expected I would say. I was hoping for a 4 or 5 for credit at UVa so I'm really happy at the moment. In terms of the exam itself, I took the late one and the FRQ were very easy in my opinion. I didn't think the MC was particularly difficult but there were definitely a few curveballs thrown in there.

I got a 5. I thought it was hard, but i expected to get a 5...

I got a 5. I thought the test wasn't super hard until the fourth frq (we never had a chance to study plants in depth, so I was able to get like 1/4 of a page).
