AP Calc BC at U of M--Help!

I was looking at the AP credit list on U of M's website and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I thought a 4 or 5 on the BC exam would get me out of Calc I and Calc II (because if you look at the list of math classes in the chart, some of them say Calc III) and also because you get 4 credits as opposed to a 4 or 5 on the AB exam (giving you only Calc I). Also, during orientation, my advisor made it seem as if BC does not get me out of Calc II. Any help is greatly appreciated!

4 on Calc BC gets you Calc I only. 5 gets you I and II.

I should’ve specified: I’m going into LSA, not Engineering. QwertyKey, were you looking at the Engineering list?

Yes it should get you out of Calc I and Calc II (regardless of a 4 or 5).

Ahh… I didn’t even realize it was different for LSA and Engineering.

Yes you should get out of Calc 2 with a 4 or 5.
