AP Calc BC results, anyone?

I know that a lot of people thought this year's BC exam was murderous...well, really, just that the FR was murderous. Is there anyone out there who was pleasantly surprised by their scores? Is the curve generous?

Still awaiting my results...bleh.

The FR was pretty hard, but the MC was ridiculously easy, so I did as well as I thought I would.

I thought only the polar and parametric FRs were murder, the rest were fairly doable. 5(5), curve is like other years. From other people I have heard from, its about 75% for a 5.

The curve seems to be about the same as previous years...The test wasn't that bad. FRQs just needed a bit of thought -- decrypting the problem was the hardest part, but you only needed to read the question slowly. MC was pretty easy. I know I got one wrong...Dumb mistake. The curve definitely made up for the lame errors. Yeah...It was a decent test. 5/5 is probably around 70%. 75% seems slightly higher than what I would expect, but it's all in the same ballpark.

I took the late BC exam, and I felt like even the MC were extremely difficult, but I managed to get a 5. I honestly have no idea how I managed that, and don't even want to question my luck....but I'm guessing that the curve must have been extremely generous.

at my school the general consensus was that 2-3 of the FR were very difficult, and the others were sort of tricky. everyone felt that the MC was easy, although, naturally, there were the occasional "duh" moments when we discussed answers during the week afterwards.
I'm certainly hoping that the curve is 70-ish instead of 75%, because there were a couple FR that I could not concentrate on at all.

I guess we'll all find out soon enough, won't we?

When I called I heard "5," but when I pressed 9 to repeat the message I heard that my AB subscore was 5. Was the first number the BC score or did I just miss something?

Majority of ppl get a 5 cuz u wouldn't be in the class if u weren't a nerd.

i got a five and subscore 5 too.. That was all expected cuz i did everything in the Fr..

"Majority of ppl get a 5 cuz u wouldn't be in the class if u weren't a nerd."

Haha, my BC score of 3 and subscore of 2 are an interesting twist on this board.

Hey, that 3 gets me 4 credits of math. I'll take it!

In April and May, I was struck by senioritis + lack of instruction (I was self-studying) + procrastination and still managed to get a 5 on the exam. I stumbled through the polar and infinite series FR questions, so I guess the curve was pretty generous this year (but not necessarily more generous than in the past).
