AP Calculus AB FRQ

<p>Are there any strategies to help solve FRQ questions on the AP Calculus exam? I understand the basis of the answers (e.g., integrate or differentiate function). But, the wording on the free response sections are very confusing, such as why "how much has accumulated" is asking for integration? Do you have any suggestions on how to understand what the FRQ is asking for? (Such as "accumulation" refers to integration, etc.) Thanks.</p>

<p>Well, an accumulation is the sum and you integrate to sum up the area under a function.
Honestly, my best suggestion is to just do lots of calc frqs and then you will see what they specifically are looking for.</p>
