AP calculus credit

I recently received my AP Calculus AB score and I only got a 4. So now that I have to take two semesters of calculus, I’m not sure if it would be better to take M408C and M408D, or use the credit I got and take M408L/M408S and M408M. Is one way easier than the other? Are there any other benefits or drawbacks?

408S + 408M should be easier than 408C + 408D because S+M sequence is meant for non engineering majors.

You can still take a placement exam for UT and still get credit for placement. Go see http://ctl.utexas.edu/studenttesting/. Don’t give up just yet.
