AP Chem and SAT Chem

<p>I'm taking AP Chem in school right now, and will be taking the AP exam as well. Should I take the SAT Chem Subject test as well?</p>

<p>Could someone explain to me the purpose of the SAT Subject Test? Don't you already prove you know the material through a good AP score? </p>

<p>yea you definitely should take the SAT chem subject test. the difference between the SAT chem and AP chem test is that the SAT chem isn’t necessarily college level chemistry. It covers only basic and sometimes honors chemistry, so if you didn’t take AP chem, then you should take SAT chem!</p>
