AP Chem has "Dumbed" it Down--Good or not?

the MC was a lot easier than most of the older tests i practiced on. i made quite a few careless mistakes on the FR, like not realizing the electrochemistry question was an electrolytic cell not a galvanic cell, and realizing that i neeed to use the henderson-hasselbach eq. for the first FR question with only 1 minute left (knew i wouldn't finish in time so i didn't even start it). even with many careless errors i still got a 5 so i guess i did as well as i thought on the MC.

i didn't take the SAT2 chem cause the schools i'm applying to don't require them. my friend who got a 4 on the AP test got a 720 (i think) on the SAT2 so it's really doable to get a 780+ if you got a 5 on the exam.

^ lol i did the same thing with the electrolytic cell. everyone at my school thought i was retarded for doing that. well i got a 5 and most of them got 4s or lower so i pwn

same exact thing here haha :D

"modern atomic theory "

Can you describe this question?

hmm, i think the question was something like this

"which of the following is not considered to be a part of modern atomic theory"

a) all atoms are indestructible

lol that's the only answer choice i remember because that's what i put for my answer

That's not really hard. If you don't know that atoms have electrons, protons, and neutrons which can decay or at the very least decay then you shouldn't be in AP chem.

lol no, the question was really weird (answer choices)...anyway w/e, i was running out of time so i didn't get to spend much time on it
