How long do all of you in AP Chem spend on doing lab write-ups, if they're required in your class?

My friends and I spend about 5+ hours talking, looking things up if our reacher forgets to give us accepted values to find percent error with, etc. In my class, you can get an A+ on a lab writeup with about 5 hours of effort (excluding the lab) or a B with about 1.5 hours.

well our lab writeups are designed to not take long...they usually take about 30-45 minutes ...but its compensated for by the fact that we have to take double the number of periods for ap chem....we have one period set out for learning, and one period set out for just labs/tutorial...so we usually end up with 1.25 hrs (or more depending on the day) of chem every single day :( ...and thats just one AP...we have to do double periods for almost all AP courses we take :( :(

i guess it pays off eventually though...lol

yeah its funny to me because for chem my writeups are the formal thing where we have to give an intro, hypothesis, materials, procedure, results, observations, conclusion etc with pre lab and post lab questions but in bio we typically just had to answer the post lab questions for the lab. i hate thinking what to write for intros etc
