When I was in Hon. Biology Sophomore year, the biology teacher told us that in AP Biology and in AP Chemistry you'll be writing a LOT of lab reports, one after every lab. Is this true? Or does this differ from school to school?

it really depends on the teacher. Some teachers don’t even do labs and really go over the material and teach to the test. My teacher made us do lab reports in a graphing lab notebook with discussions, conclusions, questions etc.

Oh okay, Thank you.

My AP Bio teacher is really strict on labs, so obviously he made us do every single one. We had to hand write ours in a graphing lab notebook (a composition notebook with a 5x5 grid system). We had to write out all the questions, write out all our answers, write a developed conclusion, draw graphs and charts/tables. On average, each lab took up 8 pages. there were about 12 labs per semester.

Wait, so you didn’t write lab reports after each lab? So you did the lab, but not write anything down? Lol, I’m confused.
