AP Chem to AP Environmental?

I'm going to be a senior and I am taking AP Chem now as a junior. My school is currently doing schedules for next year, and I have to decide what to take. For the most part, I know what I want except for one class. I'm gonna take another science AP and my school offers bio, environmental, and physics. I hate physics so its out of the question, and I am leading towards environmental since bio is more memorization and that's time consuming. From what I've seen on CC, APES is considered a really easy AP. Would it look like I am going easy if I take that after AP Chem? I'm probably over-thinking it and worrying for no reason, but can someone put their two cents in and tell me what they think about it? Thanks.

AP Environmental Science was, in my opinion, far easier and far more interesting than AP Biology. Yes, AP Environmental Science is considered an easier AP class, but that doesn’t mean it will be frowned upon. I probably wouldn’t suggest it if you were going to be a hardcore science major, though. Other than that, there’s no reason not to take the class you prefer. Besides… it’s your senior year. You’re not slacking off too much, but you also don’t have to take the absolute most intense class.

My friend went from AP chem junior year to AP environmental science this year. She’s gotten into some prestigious colleges already and I doubt that the shift from chem to AP environmental negatively impacted her applications.

Like the above poster mentioned, if you’re not planning on become a science major, you don’t need to worry about physics.
