AP Chem vs Bio: which is better to take online? Also opinions on Apex online?

Hey guys!

So I'm at a dilemma here. Because of my crazy schedule this year and my darn last name near the end of the alphabet (meaning I almost always never get my first choice classes...), I'm stuck with taking either AP Biology or Chemistry over the summer if I want to get my SAT subject tests done before I apply for colleges.

So for people who have taken either AP Biology or Chemistry, chime in! Which do you think would be easier to take online? Note that the labs will all be online too. Which class, in your opinion, will be more manageable?

Any anecdotes from anyone who HAS attempted AP Biology or Chemistry online? Let me know your thoughts! Did it prep you well for the subject test?

AND any notes from anyone who has taken a course from Apex Online Learning? If I am taking AP Chemistry, I think that's my best bet since it's the only provider that offers it. How is the learning / online labs / teacher interaction? Did you feel prepared?

Let me know! Thanks so much for all of your help!

Well, I haven’t taken either  But I do know that AP Chemistry is considered a LOT harder than AP Biology! I’m guessing you should take AP Bio online, since it’s generally thought of as a huge vocab test. And apparently it’s similar the ACT Science now.

Again, I haven’t taken either of these xD I’m just saying what other people have said before. Good luck! :)

Oh, and I read online about an 8th grader who took AP Bio online and got a 4! It said he used Apex. And he wasn’t like a super intelligent student, either, so don’t worry! He was just really interested in the subject. I tried looking for it again, but I can’t find it  I guess you’ll just have to take my word :P
