AP Chem- where are you?

So where are you guys in AP Chem so far?

We're halfway through Chapter 12 in Masterson/Hurley text- which is the first chapter of equilibirum stuff.

My class is gonna take a test over Acid/Base II tomorrow. Idk if we go in the same order though...

We've done stoich I/II, kinetics, eq I/II, acid/base I/II so far, I think--perhaps other units before kinetics.

just finished chapter 15 of zumdahl/zumdahl. (equilibria)

Ksp of Chapter 15 in Zumdahl

Acid and bases in Zumdahl...chapter 14 I think.

we have one chapter (ch 19 thermodynamics in brown/lemay) left, currently we're on ch 14 rate law stuff and have a test on friday. so basically after next week, up until the AP exams we're just reviewing.

just took the kinetics test last week, and now we are on equilibrium.

Wow... my class is so behind~ it's only in chapter 11 of Zuhdahl but I read ahead like 4 chapters... then the teacher wanted us to do chp 18 and 22 by ourselves.

We skipped over all of the stuff we learned last year, and we started off the year with a monthlong review.
Thermodynamics (Enthalpy)- October
Kinetics- November
Gaseous Equilibrium- December
Acid-Base Equilibrium- January
More Aqueous Equilibrium (Titration & Buffers)- February
Thermodynamics (Entropy/Free Energy)- February
Electrochemistry- Now.

ehh we're only in chapter 12 of zumdahl...but its not quite that bad since we've already done 16, 18, and 22 along with 1-11. only 7 chapters left x_X

just finished acid and bases

We are finishing up equations and we still have redox, acids/bases, and equilibria to do.

Self-studying; I'm just starting Free Energy/Entropy AKA Chapter 16 of Zumdahls.

finished acids and bases, started equilibrium of saturated solutions, last part of chapter 15 in zumdahl

Ch. 16 zumdahl > entropy

seems like an easy chapter... electrochem and organic left as major topics!

We have acids and bases along with kinetics left. Our teacher plans to finish in three weeks.

My teacher slammed us through all the content pretty quickly in the beginning of the year. We covered all the different topics that are covered in five units, with each unit going in more depth on the subject. We were done with all the units by mid January. Now we're doing extra labs, practicing writing reactions (daily quizzes are SO fun!) and reviewing up until the test.

We just started acids & bases yesterday, in some blue book with 3 authors. XD

Something about colligative properties?

Finishing electrochemistry this week and then spending 2 days reviewing nuclear/organic chem. Spending the rest of the time from mid-march to the end of April doing problems and reviewing.
