AP Chinese

Hello, as you can see, I'm a new user here, although I've been reading threads without posting for the last few months or so.

I'm a Chinese living in Canada, but I spent most of my childhood in Europe and Canada, so my Chinese is really restricted...My writing skills are probably those of a grade 1 in China. Still, I'd like to take 5 AP exams this year (I'm already taking 4), and I also heard that the AP Chinese exam isn't too hard. I could either take AP French or AP Chinese. I'm actually better at French, but the French exam also seems harder, since I have to analyze poems and such, while the AP Chinese exam seems to only test every-day Chinese.

Could someone help me with this dilemma?

Oh and, how will universities look at it if I get a 4 (or even 3)? I mean, my name is obviously Chinese, so will they think I'm stupid or something?

berkshire, you're probably better off taking French, while the curve i hear is extremely rough on the AP French exam, i can't imagine the AP chinese one being much better (think of all the other chinese kids taking it!). and the thing about poetry analysis, is you're never really wrong... you can always blame the author.
