AP Class Advise

Hello. I hope you can help me on a problem I have right now with my school, regarding an AP Bio class.

We have a block schedule (1:30 h per class; thus, 4 classes per day). In 2 days, people have 7 classes, not 8, because every other day they have study hall.
In that study hall period, I volunteered to take AP Bio class (by a non-certified teacher). And, problem is I didn't really think about my grades for that class. I thought my grades wouldn't count, and I wasn't even willing on taking the AP exam. I just wanted to learn something during that time.
We're only 4 of us in the class.
But the school administrator told me he won't take off my grade, and that he'll count it in my GPA.

Can someone please help me make the case that this class shouldn't count in my GPA.
If it counts, it won't just teach me a lesson for making a mistake, but it will destroy my future. I have a C in that class.

Example Argument: Shouldn't AP classes be counted in GPA only if they are real classes, not electives, as in this case?

Please help me.

I don’t really want to be that guy, but you’re probably not going to win that fight. If you had gotten an A you would be making the reverse argument fighting for it to be in your gpa. idk what to tell you but a C won’t destroy your future …

Come on, please. I’m desperate, here. There must be something.

I mean none of us even took the AP Bio exam. It’s a failure. No one has above a C.

Any argument will suffice. Please.

Uh don’t even try that one. Getting one C will NOT at ALL on ANY LEVEL destroy your future.

You should’ve asked when you signed up for the class if it was going to be counted on your GPA; if they said at first it wasn’t, and now they changed their tune, then yes, that’s a relevant argument, but if you never asked, then you’re at fault.

Technically, AP classes at my schools are counted as electives, because they aren’t required classes, even science, math, english, and history AP’s. They are on our GPA’s too.

Your best bet is to say that the teacher isn’t certified (if that really is the case). The class can only count if you had an approved AP syllabus.

If the class is legit, I think you are out of luck. You can explain away one C, though. It’s not the end of the world.
