AP classes for senior year, interested in NYU.

I am currently a junior, and desperately want to get into NYU (Public Relations/Image Management). I have a 3.38 UW because of crappy sophomore year decisions (GPA on it's way up), but I have a 4.65 W. I am currently taking AP Spanish Lang and AP English Lang, and have maintained an A effortlessly in Spanish and a B busting my ass in AP Lang. I am thinking of taking 4 AP classes for senior year (AP Environmental, AP Human Geo, AP Gov/Macro, & AP English Lit, the rest honors classes, and Yearbook). Is it worth taking this many AP classes senior year, since basically only the first semester counts for seniors? or should I drop AP Lit and take only 3, and concentrate on keeping straight A's? Going from AP Lang to English Honors would look terrible on a college app, since NYU wants only the most rigorous classes offered, but I am not sure if I can risk AP Lit, since the teacher is tough. AP Stats was an option for about 90 seconds (I have Stats Honors this year) before I found out the teacher is extremely difficult, and I have 0 chances of passing his class because I'm terrible at math as it is. Any advice? Is it worth it?
