Hello.
I got Barron's AP Comp Sci AB to self-study but the thickness and density of the book scares me.
It seems like there are so much things to know and I need to spend so much time on this.
Could anyone who successfully completed AP Comp Sci AB give advice on how to study for this?
Thank you.

The book seems like a lot, but you still have a long time until the exam. If you take it chapter by chapter, it won't seem as overwhelming. Try to read and digest at least one chapter a week.

Also, you might want to get the Litvin book, and then use Barron's to reinforce the information. Still, Barron's is the best book by far.

I'm using three resources to self study: Barrons, Litvin, and an online book "How to Think like a Computer Scientist: Java".

This shouldn't be too hard to study for. Just master the basics of Java and program structure by April and leave 2 weeks for intensive study.
