Hey, sorry, I fell asleep for like three hours, LOL. I was so tired. Okay, well, anyway, on the question of the for-each loop, yeah, variableName is just a place holder. Just a reference variable that dereferences itself after every iteration.

hey can someone invite me to the chatroom (aim: jennieblue22) thanks

no i used pencil on the frq… but had to sign something in pen

can someone invite me as well:

thanks!!! xDDDDD

can someone invite me, lol? username - rexcordium

Just took the test. MC was harder than I had thought. Frq OK. I hope the curve is better than >75% =5!

Skipped like 6 on the MC, including the last 4 or so. Not sure how it went.

FRQs were harder than I thought they would be.

Overall not an easy exam IMO.

FRQ’s were ridic.

Hardest test i’ve ever took.

a or ab? i took ab and i thought the frqs weren’t that bad. same for the mcs. skipped 2, probably should have skipped more. expecting ~4, maybe a 5.

and to clarify for anyone who didn’t take the exam, the frqs were in pencil but you had to initial the frq booklet in pen.

I took the AB exam. It seemed pretty easy… especially the FRQ’s (though i guess it is possible that i oversimplified them). Luckily i had done a couple of practice tests so I was able to actually finish all of the MC questions within the time limit. Also, since I had the quick reference in front of me I was able to answer all of the GridWorld questions unlike in my practice. I never actually studied GridWorld, but there is really no point imo when they just give you the source code.

I had like 40 minutes left at the end of the FRQ section so I copied all of my answers into the green packet that will be sent to my school. I’m glad I did that because i’ll at least be able to grade myself there and get an idea of how I did overall

I had a lot of Ds for my AB MC. kinda freaked me out a little.

I thought the A exam was easy as hell. I guessed on 2 MC, felt confident about the rest. FRQ’s were the easiest thing I had ever seen.

Whats usually the curve for a 4 on Comp Sci AB.

Out of 80 points (MC+FR), how many do you usually need? 50?

AB exam scores are determined on a 100 point scale. FRQ and MC both count as 50 points.

Determine your MC score by doing [#Right - #wrong/4] * 1.25
Determine your FRQ score by doing something like #of points correct (out of 36 possible) * 1.389

My barron’s practice book said 70+ is a 5, 60-69 is a 4

Was there only one version of today’s AP Computer Science test issued in America OR different versions?

Only one today. We can discuss the FRQ’s 48 hours after the test is over, so 2 days from now.

Isnt the AB graded easier than A as like i think around 50% is a 4 on AB but 60% on A? I know thats the case with Calc BC/AB cause BC is harder.

I think it’s because the people who take AB have already gone through the experience of having taken A, so only the strong are able to continue on. Those who fail, like me, would never imagine going through something like AB.
