Ap course woes...

Hi CC.
I am undecided about my schedule for next year. This year i took ap world and ap stat, very confident about getting 5s on both exams (knock on wood). all other honors. im a freshman.
Our school offers 7 courses per semester (2 semesters = 1 year). So far i have decided to take:

Ap euro (i skipped honors history which is mandatory for freshman at my school. it goes honors to ap world to ap euro/psych (but i will not take psych, not my field) to ap ushistory)
ap physics (b or c? more on this later...)
ap biology (have not taken any biology before, but enroled in summer community college for this summer already)
ap calc bc (skipping Calc AB, self studying it by myself over this summer as well)
Ap lang? (arggggh more on this later as well haha)
orchestra
honors spanish

lets go down my problems in the list above...
AP EURO:
First off, this is not easy. I have heard multiple woes about the class and essays. (im not a particularly strong essay writer. I usually scored 5-6 on essays in ap world).
either i take euro, or...
MY PARENTS THINK I SHOULD REPLACE THIS WITH AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE. (my school requires 3 history credits, i already have 1, but since junior year will be ridiculous for me i will take 2 history classes in senior year. advisable?)

AP PHYSICS:
my school offers B and C: mechanics
I have only taken pre-calc, but i will enroll in calc bc as a sophomore DEFINITELY. my brother took ap calc ab and he regrets not skipping it. so i will have covered all the math knowledge for BOTH classes. HOWEVER, I MAY PLAN ON TAKING THE SAT 2 TEST OF PHYSICS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. which should i take? i lean on C:mechanics because i hate having an easier class to be in (my peers tell me B is almost too easy at my school).
in addition, i want to self-study C: electricity and magneticsm for junior year. i want to get ahead in physics as soon as possible.
AM I MAKING A MISTAKE BY NOT TAKING B NEXT YEAR?

AP BIOLOGY:
THIS IS A DEFINITE. i only ask for tips, etc. I have never taking a biology class until this summer where i am currently enroled in community college for biology. i have talked with the teacher and she thinks i will be fine. tips, comments are much appreciated :)
my parents assume i will take the sat 2 biology e/m on this. i only need 1 more ( i already have math level 2). how is the sat 2 bio test? i have bought the cliffs ap bio prep book.

AP CALC BC:
THIS IS A DEFINITE. as a sidenote, i just took the sat 2 math level 2 test in june. i fully expect an 800, which i achieved multiple times on practice tests... should i take the biology sat next year or physics, or ...anything? i did not take the sat 2 world history though because i did not feel prepared for it...LOL i got a 640 on the practice test and i was like NOPE!

AP LANG:
THIS IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY UNCERTAIN. i am just a tad above average at writing essays. plus, the teachers (i have heard) all GRADE REALLY HARD BUT DON'T TEACH WELL (in a very polite way) and the average exam score at our school is like 2.2? IDK. should i stick to honors english? i am really scared of getting a B, lowering my GPA, and getting a 3-4 on the ap exam. PLEASE REMEMBER, I AIM FOR ONLY 5s.

honors spanish and orchestra: bah, no change, its definite. i am not skipping for ap spanish this year.

i feel ready for all the rigorous courses. yes, stat and world were jokes, but i think i have prepared myself enough to handle 5-6 aps.

please help me in all the coursees. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Physics C for math/science/engineering majors. I personally would go for that, my school only offers B but people do self-study C after B and say that it makes way more sense with Calculus involved. (I agree, why do algebra when I know for sure the problem can be done in a simpler way and can be more advanced at the same time) Plus in B you’re dealing on a broad amount of concepts instead of a focused set–which I find much harder to study for.

By the end of AP Language, you should feel like you’re in the range of 3-4-5. If you average 5s on your essays, likely a 3, 6 a 4, 7 a 5. My class has a secret formula, for the structure and even starters to use on the intros. If you finish the structure and understand the prompt, a 5-6 score a.k.a “adequate” is guaranteed. You can even get a 7 if you write enough and have good examples. Getting a 5 on the exam is a different matter than an A in the class. For me it’s harder because 6-7s are only B’s in the class I can consistently get those with revisions but not 8-9s which the teacher says he can’t get you to that level and it’s all based on your style and mastery over language.
