AP Courses for an International Student studying in US high school

Hi, guys. I’m an international student who attended a US high school in my sophomore year. My school didn’t put me in any AP courses that year because that was my first year in US and English is not my primary language. Now in my junior year, I take 3 AP Courses- Calc. AB, Phys. B and APUSH. I’m getting two 100s and a 94 in these three courses so far, so I feel pretty confident that I can get three 5s in May.
However, I’m wondering if it’s good enough for the most selective colleges. My school actually offers AP Euro. in sophomore year but I didn’t take it. I can neither take the language APs such as Spanish, French or Latin even my school offers them because I didn’t start to learn my third language until my sophomore year. So when I apply to colleges, will they take the fact that I only have 3 years of high school in a secondary language into account?
Thanks for your answer, any suggestions will help.
