Hi,
I will have the maximum amount of 32H for Northeastern when I come in. Does this mean I have Sophomore standing? More specifically, does this mean I do not have to pay a year’s worth of tuition?

Yes but not all of your AP credits may be relevant to your major. If engineering you can only apply a certain number of humanities and social science credits toward your degree for example.
The amount of tuition you’ll have to pay depends on how many semesters of classes you have to take. For a lot of students, coming in with that AP credit means that they might be able to avoid summer classes opposite co-op, for example, and cut out a semester of tuition that way. How much you’ll be able to cut out depends on your major and what the AP classes are.
