So, how does it work?
I'm planning to self-study AP Chemistry and take the test but the AP Chem teacher said something like
-If I'm going to a UC like UCLA, they wouldn't exempt me in taking chemistry in college, they want me to go through their program. Plus, it is also because I'll be majoring in Chemical Engineering.
-And is there a major change in the AP Chem test this year instead of the regular changes like other AP tests?

Is there any advantage to take the test like knowing it before hand or something but if that's the case then wouldn't I just NOT take it and just review over summer? I know I wouldn't have the AP Chem lab experience.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my registration for the test if I already paid for it? Are there additional charges?

Please Help! b/c it will be time consuming if the univ. will just ignore my test. (I'm fine if they ignore my other ap test b/c I took that ap course but in AP chem test, I will be reviewing on my own on top of the other AP's)

Thank you for reading
