<pre><code> I just got into Cornell and I was looking at their advanced standings page for AP credits when I realized they don't take the AP Art History exam. Does anyone know if this has always been their policy or if the exam counts for anything at all? I say this because it seemed that the other schools I applied to were all taking the exam.

<p>they have placement tests instead probably (free!), same for music theory i know. but lots of APs they do give credit for...u can get 8 credits for a 5 on BC and 4 for 3+ on AB or BC, and they take most things...</p>
