AP credits

Hey everyone! So for some reason I can't get on the Cornell website right now, and I'm looking for information on AP credits. I'm going into engineering and I have the following tests:
Comp Sci A
Calc AB
Eng Lit
Eng Lang
Phys C both

Anyone know what I can get credit/place out for and what scores I need? Thanksss

English Lit: 4 to get out of one Freshman Writing Seminar, 5 to get out of both

Calc AB isn't considered. They only take Calc BC.

Phys C, I believe it's a 4?

here's a cache'd, text only version

only BC gets credit!? blast! i took AB last year and opted to take multi this year as opposed to BC (thought it would be a waste of time). Is there any way I can take a test to get out of the intro calc course. I'll kill myself if I'm stuck doing basic stuff all year.

yes, I'm pretty sure you can take a placement test to get into the right math class for you

Although I'm not sure about engineering, I am pretty positive you can take a test to go to the right level of math...gl with the scores! It's so annoying having to wait until July lol

they sent an email a while ago for engineering to take an online test (before 6/2) in order to determine which level of math you are to take

Envelopes, That test is optional. Only if you feel you need help or are doubtful in the following areas, do u need to take it:
Functions and graphs, limits and continuity, differentiation and integration of algebraic, trigonometric, inverse trig, logarithmic, and exponential functions; applications of differentiation, including graphing, max-min problems, tangent line approximation, implicit differentiation, and applications to the sciences; the mean value theorem; and antiderivatives, definite and indefinite integrals, the fundamental theorem of calculus, substitution in integration, the area under a curve.
So, if you feel you know the above mentioned topicsw, u don't need to take it...U'll be directly placed in Math191. Anywauys, if u get a 4/5 in BC u'll get to skip Math 191.

5 to skip out of both writing seminars? Are you sure? I had to take one this year even though I had a 5. (I'm still technically Arts though, which might make a difference?)

I don't know about the rules for the Eng school but for arts & sci. you may only place out of one writing seminar even if you have TWO 5's.

Ya that makes sense though because you should know how to write the Cornell way.

haha ignore what i said then ><

Engineering is the same, norcalguy.
