I got a 4 in Physics B and a 5 in US History. I also want to take the exams for Calc BC, Comp Sci, French, Stats, and Psych. Assuming that I will get 5s in all of them, how would my credit transfer?
From what I understand, I can only get a max of 16 credits (annoying as all classes give 3s). With Calc BC I would get a 6 and go straight to Calc III. With CS I would be exempted from what I’d imagine is an intro to CS class. And for French I would get 3 credits. I was looking at this site http://bulletin.engineering.columbia.edu/advanced-placement and didn’t find what the policy for Stats and Psych is. Does anyone know?
also, can I be exempted from class but not take the credit? For instance, I get a 5 in CS and I don’t take the class, however I use my credits from US History instead (I don’t know if this would even be useful).
Thanks for the response!
