<p>dgebll; was this in the final approval document? Because the article in the Emory wheel that reported the approval of the new GER's makes no mention of on 5's. The other thing to consider is that GER's may only be exempted with 5's but that does not say that 4's cannot be used for graduation credit for courses outside of GER's. Here is the excerpt from an email I received from the admissions office: </p>
<p>"There was a discussion about Emory no longer accepting AP scores of 4, but that policy was not changed. Emory will continue to accept scores of 5 and 4."</p>
<p>I'm going to stick with that belief.</p>
<p>well we'll just have to wait and see :). just have to ask the people there first-hand i guess when the school starts.</p>
