<p>how are ap credits applied? I was told that they can't be used to fulfill requirements or to go towards your major. then what benefit do they provide?</p>
<p>they can get you out of intro classes/prereqs to your major (or any dept...)O, and count towards the 35 credits you need to graduate. Also, they can get you out of your language requirement.</p>
<p>They just can't be used to fulfill the distributive requirements.</p>
