I read over the site showing what credits you can get and stuff but I'm still confused. I remember talking with some kid that said he didn't have to take some core classes because he placed out of them with AP's - is that still how it works? If anyone could clarify that'd be great, thanks.

I'd like to hear about this, too. For example, on the AP chart, does "One unspecified Biology credit" mean you get one credit for course toward the 35 courses needed to graduate, as well a course for your major?

any credits you get from AP go towards the 35 count for graduation, but not towards satisfying any other requirements, be they major, minor, or distributive. The only exception is for the language requirement, as specified on the chart.

Really? Then what exactly do the things like "One unspecified History credit" and "Physics 3 credit" mean? That means nothing more than just a generic course credit?

im told not to bother taking the ap lit exam?

Yeah, what does "To be determined in late summer" mean exactly??
