AP Credits

I was wondering how my AP Credits would affect me at Virginia Tech. I have 6 AP Credits:

AP European History - 4
AP Chemistry - 3
AP Calculus AB - 3
AP English Lang & Comp - 4
AP US History - 3
AP Government (I'll probably get a 4.)

Will I graduate sooner? Do all of these credits transfer, and count as a full class worth of credits?

the 4s certainly do. I think some 3s also may give you credit. It depends on the subject. D started with 24 credits. She had 10 or 11 APs, but her credit were mostly in English and French language since those were her strength. You should check their website. I am sure they have something on this.

[AP, IB, & CLEP Credit | University Registrar | Virginia Tech](http://www.registrar.vt.edu/registration/tests_for_credit.php)

Google is your friend.

I’ve known about the registrar site for awhile, but I just saw something new posted about a limit of 38…is this a new rule? When I spoke with Honors reps they said I could come in with at least 60.
