AP English Comp anyone?

What did you guys think of the test? I'm taking it next week and my teacher hasn't really done a lot of prep work? Is it necessary? I have a prep book I'm gonna start using... how did you do on the exam if you've taken it in the past? Would you say it was really difficult or what?

English was not offered today. The tests offered today were Psychology, Environmental Science, and Chemistry. I’m a little confused what you mean?

@Aerobug I’m talking about people who have taken it in the past and what their opinions are on it…

English Language? Or Lit?

I took English Language last year, it wasn’t that bad. I could have done better if I worked harder in the class.

My AP English class last year was pretty much a joke. By that, I mean it was awesome and consisted of informally talking about random current events for 90 minutes with the occasional grammar quiz. I never looked at a study book or did a single practice question. I scored a 5. Easiest AP test of all time in my opinion.

Which one - AP Lit or AP Lang? From what I hear AP Lit is more difficult than AP Lang, in some cases a lot more so. I’ve only taken AP Lit and it’s not one of the easier APs, in main part because of the essay section. In one of the essays, you basically have to analyze a chosen literary work (of significant literary value blah blah) from memory based on a given prompt. The essay section takes a good amount of prep work, and if you’re not good at analyzing poetry and prose selections quickly then that takes good studying too.
