<p>The best way is to do practice tests/essays. Try doing a few of each type of essay under a certain time (like 40 mins) and see how you do.</p>

<p>A rhetorical analysis essay is one in which you analyze the rhetorical devices (i.e. repetition, metaphor, polysyndeton, etc.) of a given passage and describe how they tie back to the author’s purpose or help the author convey a certain point.</p>
