ap english results & FR responses

<p>i'm curious to see the results of other ap english lit test-takers...
specifically if there is any pattern with the open-ended FRQ...</p>

<p>please list:
1) if you wrote on country(noun) or country(adjective)
and
2) score (1-5)</p>

<p>personally, for me it's: NOUN & 3.</p>

<p>i know there is so much more to the test than the last question and that one can bomb the open question and still get a 5, but i'm just curious to see if there is an overall pattern through other test-takers.</p>

<p>one of my friends was freaking out that the test wasnt more specific in whether they meant country as a noun or adjective. she wrote about russia in crime and punishment, i think. as long as you adequately argued your point i bet the ap people don't care too much. maybe.</p>

<p>I did country and I went off of the word "primitive" and talked about Scarlet Letter... 4 though, whatever, english is apparently tough to get a 5</p>
