I have a question that has been tormenting me since last Friday. For the FRQs, I selected question 2 about 'enhancing state power' using art and science. I did well in the art portion, but for science I discussed John Locke, Bill of Rights, and his impact on English government following William and Mary's reign. I also included details about enlightened absolutists. In retrospect, I am a bit hesitant because I don't think it answers the question- these changes made the governing more liberal and extended rights to the constituency. So, it changed the nature of the governing but I guess it didn't really make the government more powerful?

I should have probably written about academy of science and gresham college..all is good though :)
granted, I can't change anything but any thoughts?

That’s still some good information, but for the large mass of information that you could have drew from the sciences, your score will most likely (and sadly) suffer. Best of luck though!

I discussed 2 paragraphs with science (1 with improved technology to improve weapons, agriculture, etc, and another for religious toleration due to science). For the 3rd, I had art for Louis XIV building Versailles, St. Petersburg and his people’s shaving of the beards, and kinda BSed just baroque archtecture and just the fact that having paintings made their state look wealthy. Thoughts on this? Bad paragraph? My teacher did not seem too sure.
