I ended up buying pretty much all the AP exam books I need, but now considering to take SAT subject test. I obviously want to use the books but don't know if they'll help like the SAT subject test books. What do you guys think? (Also I am making this consideration for SATII because I have been reading threads on CC saying most colleges now recommend to take SATII, especially UC's which are my priority schools)

I’ve only taken the math II and biology subject tests, so I can’t speak for all the others

For math II, AP Calculus doesn’t help at all (because math II is more algebra/trigonometry/precalculus)

For the biology subject test, AP Biology helped me a ton. I don’t know about the review books themselves, but I assume that the review books for AP Bio would also help a lot. There’s a lot of overlap between AP Biology and the sat II biology. **I took AP Bio before the curriculum was changed, so I can’t speak for the current AP Bio course.

But my question to you is, why do you want to use AP review books for sat II? You could probably find review books specific to your individual subject tests in the library.

Thanks @Chalmydia and its because I only have the AP Exam review books and can’t spend anymore money on SATII books.
