Does AP Bio really help when I take the Bio Subject test?

I took the AP Bio test last week and I haven't studied at all for the subject test one.

I am also taking Math Level 2. Is it hard? I'm taking Pre-Calc H right now so should that help? I haven't studied AT ALL. I bought a book but I haven't even opened it yet and the test is in 2 weeks.

What Subject test book should I buy for the Bio one?

biology ...i am taking that one too. i took ap bio this year and i am so psyched to take the sat II for that. ap should really help cuz the material in ap is some much more in depth.

i have PR for bio. it is good.

I'm taking Bio and Math II, too! Probably in that order. Bio will be easier than Math, and I need to go into Math confident.

I'll probably start studying next weekend. I'm going to use PR for Bio and Barron's for Math.

Oh, and yes, taking AP Bio helps on the SAT II (I actually already took the Bio SAT II after Honors Bio but wasn't satisfied with my score, so I'm retaking it), but you'll still want to read a prep book just in case. I think SAT IIs are generally more factual, while APs focus more on overarching themes.

lets put it this way. i took sat II without AP and got 680.
I took AP in May
Now I am planning to take SAT II again.i took three practice tests and scored 780, 790,790.
