Are they different like they have two versions of the SAT: domestic and international? Anyone who took the exam last year know?

It depends. The more popular ones (e.g. USH) have 2 versions; the less common ones have 1 version.

In 2014, exam versions developed for use outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands were administered in 14 subjects: Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, English Language and Composition, English Literature and Composition, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Physics B, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Physics C: Mechanics, Psychology, Statistics, U.S. History, and World History.
