AP French Lang - Suggestions needed for summer preparation

Hullo,

Since the summer is coming up and i have absolutely no homework from any of my AP classes, I'm worried. Therefore, I would like to hear from all of you: What can I do to prepare for my AP French Language examination next year? Should I review the grammar? Should I write a piece (what type?) in french daily? Please advise. ;D

read le petit prince... or read french novels.. make sure you jot down prepositions/phrases/idioms..

work on verb tenses and conjugating all sorts of verbs..

that's what I did all year with my class.. that i could have done by myself.. ap french is retarded..

Ah okay thanks I'll do that. I have a copy of petit prince with me so I'll begin reading it immediately. :D I also have one book of petit nicholas, so I will go for that as well. ^_^

We read le Petit Prince this year in French 4... spent like half the year on it, ugh. And we read some Nicholas stories last year in French 3. I'm wondering what's in store for us next year.... haha

We spent the whole of this year studying grammar. o.o" We didn't read any books together but I've finished petit prince on my own and I've just gone through half a book of short stories for petit nicholas. XD

Grammar the whole year??? My teacher apologizes if she spends an entire PERIOD on grammar! XD

XD Well yeah. We went through just about every grammar subject that will appear on the AP itself. Next year will be review for us..mostly. But my french writing skills really need improvement. My grammar in writing is horrendous.

I haven't really had much practice writing more than a sentence or two at a time...

in my school they were reading L'Etranger in French 4 lol

o.o Never heard of it..Hm. What is it like?

really emo book, really emo

we read that in english class,

and those who take french 4 read it in french lol

haha... we were supposed to read it this year in lit, but our teacher said it's really boring and depressing, so we didn't read it. XD

Quesce, it's by Albert Camus, an existentialist. And he's one of the more depressing ones, yeah. :P
