AP Gov or AP Econ?

Hey guys,
Senior year is rapidly approaching for me and I'm planning on taking ap gov or econ. Which do you think is more manageable and which is harder? (if you guys had any experience). Do you think it would be hard to take both since I have other ap's to worry about?

I would appreciate any opinions :)
Thanks

What other AP classes are you taking?
If you’re taking AP Econ, I assume you are taking Macro one semester then Micro another yes? If you are taking AP Gov, is that US gov or comp gov?
If its us gov, then its much easier than ap econ. US gov is just memorizing a ton of facts and stuff like that. But ap econ you have to grasp concepts then apply them to different scenarios. So in my experience ap econ is the more difficult course.

Yes, it is US gov/politics and for econ macro and micro

Thanks for your suggestion! Anyone else?

bump…

IMHO, it depends on whether you are a math and science person or a history buff. (I’m both so I took both xD) AP Econ is a social studies course, yes, but there is a ton of math and equations involved (buisness centered, right?). AP Gov is full American government focused, so if you like politics, prefer not to do math, and love history, go for Gov!

Ultimately, it’s your decision. It’s based on your interests and passions. Good luck! :)

AP Econ is not a math-heavy course… Graduate courses in Econ, yes, but not AP. Unless you’re scared of basic arithmetic, there’s no need to fear.

AP Econ and Gov are both very manageable and fairly easy. If you don’t have a preference for one of them, then I would choose the course with the better teacher.
