I am very comfortable with AP Government right now, by far the easiest AP available, got a 5 on a practice exam, can't wait until Tuesday; studying for Physics C ATM.

Funny that you say it's the easiest AP available, strykur, when it has the least amount of people earning 5s

@ CBA

It just depends on your strongsuit.

It might be easy for him, but for alot of people, it's hard.

Oh, I know, but I read his statement as fact, when clearly it's one of the more difficult exams when looking at the aggregate.

@ CBA
Doesn't also depends on the amount of people taking and crap o.O

Cause APUSH was quoted the hardest but that because A LOT of people took it when they shouldn't have.

there's nothing you shouldn't be able to remember on the free response section.

Easiest AP available is psych, now that's a fact

we have it for a full year, which i hate because it is so easy

Good point, wonwon.

ckmets13, I'd hate to have it a full year, too. I also find the material easy but my teachers tests are impossible. Which I still don't understand how someone can take simple material and make it hard. And we've never written a single essay. So I'm a bit nervous. I don't even know if I'm taking it yet.

5pa, I believe there is. Everyone knows the major topics. The FR will proabably ask you to back up some outlandish polit sci event with an election, that happend in like 1908 or something. or the rules in the new campaign contribution laws, 2000 or 1000? I personally dont remember as easily.

for us it was like... 1st semester: us gov.. 2nd: comparative... but we had four teachers this year! 2 of them were kinda bad........... im so scared now....
does anyone have any previous mc exams+answer key for us gov or comparative and is willing to share?? i really wanna get a good grade on this thing... thank you so much

So true. I took the test cold and still got the college credit.

Eek! I am so not prepared for the test tomorrow! I need to score at least 4! Good luck everybody!

time to cram 1 semester's worth of government into one night.
death stab stab.

all i want is a 3 since 4 is out of the question.
this only counts as elective credit at my college... and i want to take electives.. so im not really concerned about it/econ AP.

thursday is almost here. i can taste the freedom of my last AP.

OMG. EMERGENCY. I am taking practice tests and I can't figure out the difference between gerrymandering and malapportionment. Does anyone have really specific definitions?

haha i just asked this in another thread.....gerrymandering has to do with the shape of the district whereas malapportionment happens as a result of gerrymandering where the # of people in each distrcts are missrepresented.

..and political gerrymandering is actually not illegal...if that counts for anything.

but is sure is politically controversial if not anything else :D my teacher said they might include the texas case for FR question about gerrymandering on the exam.

does anyone have any actual past MC questions they would like to share? I'm desprate

same here
