<p>holy crap i feel bad now......i took all the pr tests and talked among my friends and the MC seemed fairly hard to me and my friends......FR i dominated though so hope i still am able to get a 5. :D</p>

<p>Not all of them. District Court and Appeals Court judges have ten year terms, not lifetime appointments. And most of the judges a president appoints would be district/appeals, NOT lifetime Supreme Court nominees...</p>
<p>Those free response essays were ridiculously easy. Comparative wasn't bad either.</p>
