<p>Is it true that if you get a B in an AP class it is equal to an A in a regular class? Or is this just some myth I've always heard?</p>
<p>It is on my schools weighted Gpa system, but I dunno about when applying to colleges. Still and A looks better than a B as long as you have mostly Honors or Ap classes.</p>
<p>My son's school adds 10 points to the final grade in an AP class.</p>
