AP Human Geography Test and nervous!?

I am a freshman and this is my first AP test. I have already bought my prep book (Princeton Review) and started studying and got the hang of the multiple choice. What I am most nervous about is the FRQs. How do I approach them and not get nervous? If you had past experiences (or taking it soon), please share how you survived(lol) and studying tips.

Honestly this test is pretty much memorization. Just reading through a prep book is enough to get a 5- although it’s always good to take a practice test to get comfortable with the format. I know it’s easy to get worked up about your first AP, but human geo is truly a very easy test when you get past the stress aspect.
For the FRQs just make sure you read the question carefully- you can lose a lot of points from misreading it. You’ll get an hour and 15 minutes to do 3 of them so try to spend no more than 20 minutes on each and use the leftover time to check. Even if you get a hard set of FRQs this year(my class actually got extremely easy ones), the huge time frame will make your job a lot easier.
Best of luck!
