Which one is easier (I plan to self study as neother of these courses are offered at my school) AP Latin Vergil or AP Latin Literature?

Literature splits into 3 different tests and Vergil is just Vergil's Aenid. They're the same. Choose one, Literature can be harder depending on which of the 3 tests you choose.

im not so sure if self studying latin is such a good idea... Though I can only speak for Virgil, I feel as though these aps along with the physics c test are aps one should definately not self study. just my 2 cents though.

Well maybe I'll try to find an online course. Thet don't offer it at my school.

i took vergil last year as a junior (so i skipped latin 3)
my teacher says AP latin lit is easier
just get the right text book and MAKE sure you keep up with your translations
i don't suggest self-studying unless you have an amazing amount of self-discipline!

In my school Latin 3/3h/4/4h are combined. So I start AP Latin next year :) right after Latin 2.
