I would like to take the AP exams for both Micro and Macro, but only a course in AP Microeconomics is offered at my school. Is it a feasible plan to take the exams for both with only having the class for one of them? The reason I want to take both is that scoring 5s on both will give me a significant amount of credit at the college I plan to attend.

You should take both. You can self-study Macroeconomics.
