<p>I've been self studying for both the micro and macro with the Kaplan test prep booklet. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't really explain the graphs well. I ordered Mankiw's 4th edition text book and it's arriving tomorrow. Does anyone know if Mankiw explains the graphs well enough for me to draw them?</p>
<p>If Mankiw doesn't help you I don't know what can. It's <em>the</em> introductory econs textbook I wish my teacher would use.</p>
<p>Admittedly, it is a bit late to start looking for alternatives now. </p>
<p>But, since you're looking to clear up confusion on certain points (e.g. graph-drawing) I think Mankiw should more than suffice.</p>
