AP Physics C-Mech and SAT II

I'm currently taking Physics C-Mech, and have a few questions.

1) are the formulas given to you on the MC part of the C-Mech exam?
2) I have to take the Physics SAT II in three weeks (and for that matter the C exam too). How hard will it be not having extensively covered electricity and other misc things found on the SAT II (only covered it briefly in Honors physics)? Is memorizing the forumulas all I need to do? And for that matter, how hard is memorizing all the formulas? There seem to be an awful lot of them to know for so few questions that will be asked for each topic...

1.) No. Only free response.
2.) You should probably know the other stuff, though focus your study more on a conceptual understanding than memorizing formulas.
