Physics C and SAT II Physics

Hey I'm debating on which SAT II to take, and SAT II Physics looks like an option.

However, I'm in Physics C, with no other Physics background. Can I still take the SAT II Physics and get a good score (750+)? I know that SAT Physics has more topics than what Physics C covers.

dont fret, i know many who have taken it after one year of physics (not AP) and got 750 plus

like myself =)

Don't worry about it ^^ If you like Physics and are fairly good at it, most of the concepts (besides Modern Physics and stuff) should make sense, so it shouldn't be a problem. I took an Intro Physics class at my community college for 6 weeks and scored 760 =D That class most definitely didn't cover everything (never learned Power, Torque, the weird Magnetics, or Modern Physics), but reading my SAT prep book for 2 hours the night before the test was more than enough to make up for that.... Imo it's a nice way to tell your colleges that you like Physics well enough to devote some of your own time learning outside concepts (and it show how good you are ;-) )

rs, what prep book did you use?

Ia actually just found a random Physics prep book in a used book store. It was really old (1996?) from REA, so some of the material wasn't in the book (especially modern physics with time/length dilation). For modern Physics, I looked at Sparknotes.... I also copied some of the key equations from the Sparknotes site that I didn't know and studied them for a good 20 minutes.

So yeah, sorry, I've no idea what prep book is good =P
